Breakfast room was terrible with dirty dishes on almost every free table. Disgusting. Where was the staff?

Scandinavia centrals location was excellent, a few minutes easy walk from the central station. The reception staff especially Teresa were very helpful and knowledgeable. My room was roomy and very comfortable. I also had an excellent dinner at night.

My only complaint was no fridge in the room, and the breakfast was very busy, crowded and I found as a solo traveller difficult to navigate, it would have been helpful to have either someone to explain how it worked and that the hot food was around the corner at the kitchen serving area. Every time I got up to get something to eat, my table was cleared, and I had either return for more cutlery, or find another free table to sit!

The unit we got was nice styled with table by bed as well as windows to inner yard.

Unfortunately internet connection was terrible.

All good - we appreciated this trendy boutique hotel - the food was excellent and the staff were extremely friendly and brilliantly friendly. Standard twin room was stylish and contemporary with windows to the pavement.

Our Room was overlooking the main street and it got quite noisy at night

Comfortable rooms, great self service breakfast and central location.

The rooms are great but don't have cupboards for storing clothes! You have to live out of your suitcase.

What a fantastic hotel! It feels like a cool, hip boutique... But with all of the amenties and perks of staying at a large hotel. We booked a superior room, but were upgraded to a 5th floor family room with wall to wall windows and our own balcony overlooking the Stockholm skyline. It was spacious, new and swankily decorated. We couldn't have been happier! The breakfast buffet was delicious and extensive (eggs, bacon, pancakes, yogurts, pastries, cheeses, meats -- almost anything you'd want). And the upstairs bar had great live music nightly. The location is excellent -- especially is you're coming in by train. Only a 5 min. walk to central station and a 10 min. walk to Old Town. Really anywhere is walkable from the Grand Central! We also borrowed their free bikes and had a great time riding the streets at night like many of the locals do. For the price, I can't say that you'd find a better hotel in Stockholm. It's brand new and very nice.

Location excellent.convenient to the old town. Arlanda Express train from the airport arrives very close to the hotel 20 minutes from the airport. 100 metres from the hotel there is a lift directly to the train platform

There was no easy chair in the room

the position is perfect, close to train station, bus station, underground station and to the shopping street, ten minutes walking from Gamla Stan. the hotel has a own "personality" very good breakfast

Very new hotel with a great location and a good restaurant.

Very nice accommodations, bedding, shower, floors, all new and very chic design.

My room was very difficult to get to... had to walk through maze of hallways, ride on 2 different elevators to get to my floor, then another maze off hallways to get to my room which was exhausting after already walking so much that day touring Stockholm.

The vibe was perfect for a family getaway.

the rooms where well-designed on higher floors, felt like home.

Didn't like the area, it was really busy.
